gnome和KDE这两个在ubuntu上的表现怎样呢,他们的软件是不是全都能互用，如果装CF后那个会更稳定？

gnome +kde +xfce + enlightment 都通通装上也没问题的

应用程序就更不用说了

我会用G.因为K的任务栏太宽了些,偶的LCD才15'...没有啦~~开玩笑的啦~~呵呵
因为偶还没用过K..所以
感受Ubuntu!

sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop

另外，看下wiki,把相关的什么k 语言 支持之类的都装上就行

以前这样装过，还有其它桌面都是可以的
登录画面选择桌面就行

没理由不能运行，kde下没试过。3d桌面一直在gnome上用，用习惯了gnome ,用着kde怎么都觉得别扭。

kde和gnome里面软件可以互用的.

从原来适用redhat就讨厌kde，redhat的时候用过几天kde，不是崩溃就是xxx。喜欢gnome，个人爱好！
Linux is for people who want to know why it works.
Mac is for people who don't want to know why it works.
DOS is for people who want to know why it does not work.
Windows is for people who don't want to know why it does not work.

redhat是gnome的幕后老板，当然主推gnome了，对kde一向不上心， 不过最新的fedora似乎在重视kde了。

K只有一条任务栏，而G有两条……
这个同学，你其实右击任务栏就可以发现，修改一下 任务栏的宽度 和 层数就能够获得和 gnome的效果。而且KDE下的任务栏可以放在整个桌面的四边，左右上下都可以。
