[求助，实在无奈了]Thinkpad 76509TC的AR242X无线网卡如何配置？

使用的是Ubuntu 8.04 desktop版

在终端使用lspci，得到结果为
03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communication Inc. AR242x 802.11abg Wireless PCI Express Adapter (rev 01)

而且使用命令dmesg | grep ath_hal后，结果为
ath_hal: module license 'Propreitary' taints kernel.
ath_hal: 0.9.18.0 (AR5210, AR5211, AR5212, RF5111, RF5112, RF2413, RF5413)

说明无线网卡已经被Ubuntu 8.04支持了。

但我在System->系统管理->网络中，却只看到了
Wired Connection
Point to point Connection
两个选项，而没有看到无线网的任何情况。

请问高手们，这是为什么？如何解决？多谢了！！！！
