l2tp vpn拨通了但ping不通，上不了网，出现这个是什么问题？

当两个客户端同时连接VPN时，就会出项这个问题。
比如，第一个VPN连接的IP是192.168.5.220，第二个是192.168.5.221，则ping 192.168.5.221时可以通，但ping 192.168.5.220时就出错了。类似于这种错
