how to solve this d*mn problem(disconnect)?!

after dial ADSL for about few minutes, I got this message (using plog) everytime:

I'm pretty sure that my line is a good one, because it never jams in Windows.

so what the heck is going on under Ubuntu 9.10!!??
Can any one help?
I've already uninstalled Network Manager.
I use pppoeconf to configure my DSL connection, and pon dsl-provider to dial every time....

Because of this hecking problem, I can't even download language packages and input tools...
