很簡單，開啟終端機後，按選單「編輯」>設定組合偏好設定>背景>透明背景

看了这个帖子，这样设置是假透明，刚解决这个问题，挖一下坟。
执行 gconf-editor ，
找到/apps/metacity/general/compositing_manager，勾选它，或者用compiz。
