8.10 升级时问题[无论什么源速度都极其缓慢][已解决]

新装了8.10版。安装完成以后自动识别了网卡和网络，直接就可以上网了。
但是在升级的时候，非常的缓慢，基本上速度只有几k，连更新列表都载不下来。
网络环境是北京网通ADSL 1M，连一个路由。
换了不少源，凡是网通的源都试过了，都是这模样。
在Win下和Ubuntu下都ping了一下，例如上海交大的源：

ubuntu上ping基本上也是一样的。但是更新时缓慢到让人无法忍受。
请问这是怎么回事？是不是有一些地方没有配置好？

我也是很慢，但是用了台湾的源就很快.
