可不可以把grub 中的其他项干掉,只留Ubuntu和XP?!

可以的，我刚这么做！把xp那项移到最上面，只留一个ubuntu启动的，其他都删除，无影响

而且告诉你，title后面是可以改名的啊，换成你自己的名字都可以（英文）
