“＃”的实际作用就是屏蔽了后面这一行。LINUX许多软件的配置文件里都有用到，在开头写个“＃”就相当于一个开关，把这后面一行屏蔽，既“注释掉了”

“注释”的概念从编程里来，编程的时候为了利于别人和自己能看懂程序和方便日后的维护，需要在很多地方添加解释，为了和真正的程序语句分别开，在开头加个“＃”。编译程序看到“＃”号就知道其后是注释，就忽略过去了。
