系统自带的firefox是3.0的如何升级到3.5啊？

系统自带的firefox是3.0的,帮助菜单中的检查更新是灰色的不能点击,如何升级到3.5啊？

还是手动下载一个3.5的包，然后解压缩使用就可以了！！！
