求助： Ubuntu 9.04 开机显示 如下：boot args .....

Gave up waiting for root device. Common problems:
-Boot args(cat /proc/cmdline)
-check rootdelay=(did the system wait long enough)
-check root=(did the system wait for the right device)
-Missing modules (cat /proc/modules;ls /dev)
Alert /dev/disk/by-uuid/******** doesn't exist Dropping to a shell
BusyBox v1.10.2 (Ubuntu 1:1.10.2-1ubuntu6) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

本人玩了一年多 redhat AS 5，还算可以 。据说 ubuntu版本也不错，然后就down了一个 回来安装测试。
第一次在一台xp上 打算再装 ubuntu ，结果安装好了 重启，就直接进了XP （安装ubuntu时， 已经按论坛的教程，安装grub启动器），然后整了半天 没弄出来
第二次 把xp 删掉，再装（过程 跟redhat 有点不一样），装好了后就配置软件源 、升级。因为时间比较长 就做其的，一段时间回来后 就死机。强行重启 就出现如上的 错误 。UBUNTU 就玩不了了.....
求助 高人！！！
