cpufreq命令格式请教

我装上这个了。应该是起作用了，那么还有个小问题。
我如何设置cpu自动调节时候所选择的最大cpu频率和最小cpu频率呢？
cpufreq-set -d 600 MHz
这个命令格式貌似不正确，老实提示error
Error setting new values. Common errors:
- Do you have proper administration rights? (super-user?)
- Is the governor you requested available and modprobed?
- Trying to set an invalid policy?
- Trying to set a specific frequency, but userspace governor is not available,
for example because of hardware which cannot be set to a specific frequency
or because the userspace governor isn't loaded?
