（求救）装好UBUNTU9.04 不能启动XP和windows7

我的是两块硬盘，一块希捷160G，C盘装windows7,D盘装了XP，选择从这块硬盘启动时能启动windows7,安装好windows时只有windows7一个菜单，其他系统启动不了。
另一块是西数640G黑盘，只装了UBUNTU9.04，gurb装在西数硬盘上的，装好后全部系统的启动菜单都出来了，但是只能进ubuntu,windows7和xp启动不起来。
望各位高手赐教，我现在想要从640G硬盘启动时能启动所有系统

你xp装在逻辑分区，不知道先装的win7个还是先装XP

先装的xp，用ghost装的，那个没关系，只要能用grub启动windws7就行了

还有很多都试了不行，以前的ubuntu跟xp双系统都很容易解决，这次怎么都搞不定，是不是gurb要装在windows7所在的那个硬盘啊，我开始是把gurb装在windows7的硬盘的没有问题，后来买了个大硬盘装ubuntu，gurb跟UBUNTU装一个盘就不行了

我不明白（/dev/sda1 * 1 2775 20978968+ 7 HPFS/NTFS）明明是对应hd0,0啊，装grub时它自己也这么写的menu.lst，怎么就变hd1,0了
