ALT + F1/F2 does not work, but there is no problem with ALT+ F4/F5/F7,etc.

Alt+F1/F2 is very useful if you do not have or do not want to use a mouse....

至于原因，试试system-preferences-keyboard shortcut里面找。默认的我是在"desktop"组下面的"show the panel menu" 和"show the panel run application dialog" 。 可以自己设置的，特别容易误设掉。
