Free technical support for Ubuntu is available online. Members of the Ubuntu community will help answer your questions through mailing lists and IRC channels.
Support Options Paid technical support
Paid support is provided by Canonical Limited and other companies. We encourage other companies to join us in providing paid support for Ubuntu. Please see the Ubuntu Marketplace for more information and a list of providers.
Support Options Local language support
Support channels on IRC and mailing lists exist for Ubuntu users whose first language is not English. You are welcome to join one of these or start your own.
