安装Hiweed不成功！

我前天删除了Ubuntu，试图安装Hiweed来着，可是安装到了95%左右的地方，开始安装Grub的时候，出现一个错误，
弹出对话框“不能将Grub安装到hd0”，,然后点击确认以后就退出安装了。
我的电脑的分区状况如下：
已经有Windows分区 C D E F 其中C是主分区， D E F 是扩展分区里面的
为Linux准备的分区是 / /usr /var /home swap 这几个都是单独的分区， 按顺序都在F盘 之后的，同在扩展分区
最后 /boot 是放在最后的一个主分区

为什么同样的分区，Ubuntu6.06和6.10都能安装的，而Hiweed安装不上呢？ 现在已经又重新安装了Ubuntu6.10
