从xdxf那里下载下来的stardict的词典能加载，但都不能查词。譬如输入“match”，出来一片空白。为什么呢？ktranslator也不能加载这样的词典~

ftp有辞典吧。

可是我从xdxf上面拉的不能用呀~~

去http://stardict.sourceforge.net/下词典包，可能是rpm格式的
然后sudo alien *.rpm
可以把大部分rpm包转换为deb包来安装，然后再看看能用否？

不需要rpm包，辞典真正起作用的也就是两个文件而已。下载上面的gz或则bz2的包足够。解压到相应的目录就是了。

到http://stardict.sourceforge.net/Dictionaries_zh_CN.php，下载"langdao-ec-gb dictionary(en - zh_CN) 朗道英汉字典" 和 "langdao-ce-gb dictionary(zh_CN - en) 朗道汉英字典"，将它们解压到/usr/share/stardict/dic/ ，如若下载XDXF，选择此页面上方的XDXF即可。如若下载infoBrowse-zh_CN，请到http://stardict.sourceforge.net/TreeDictionaries.php下载，解压到/usr/share/stardict/treedict/ 。
使之生效，请重新启动stardict。

Are you sure that you use last version of stardict

我今天也碰到这个问题，升级stardict至2.4.8就好了

我刚刚安装一台机器，wiki里面的辞典都有效阿。怎么不看wiki的。

这个xdxf上面怎么下字典啊，那个from to的怎么选啊，我就是想选merriam webster's collegiate dictionary这本，可是找不到

用新立得安装，一切搞掂。
