执行到哪里时出的？

直接到它指定的那个网址（网址好象会自动更改）上下一个rpm包，在解压到任一目录就行了。其执行文件就是其目录下的realplay。关于声音的问题按指南上的处理就行了。
不过，有点卡。
至于添加到任务栏里面，参照别的例子应该可以搞定吧

好像源里添加了realplayer所以直接apt-get install realplayer试试看好了

严重建议下载DEB包来安装.没有啥问题出现
