I have installed ubuntu linux, but when i used "apt" command in console, there is an error occus:

tintin@logix:~$ sudo apt -get install lumaqq
Password:
sudo: apt: command not found
tintin@logix:~$
tintin@logix:~$ apt
bash: apt: command not found
----------------------------

Is there anybody can tell me why and how to resolve it ?

it's "apt-get", without any spaces!
