安装opengeu的时候死机了 新立得进不了了

花了几小时下载，刚开始安装不久就突然死机，像是电源有问题，，，，，接下来要怎么处理？？？？

进新立得就提示
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
