[问题] Nothing in My E17's configuration window.

I install E17 by apt-get. actully, i installed twice. i read from get-e.org.. seems like i have to find the programs such like this :e_utils exigo.. but where i get? or that programs are not the key? or E17 deb package hasn't the configure tools? which is reason and how to solve this problem.

btw, sorry for the english. becoz. i so frenqucy to install ubuntu. today, i installed more than 4 times. so.. i tired to install all programs.. kkk. i just want to find a desktop for use.
