[问题]Sth wrong with my XFCE configuration

I just installed xfce htrough synaptic with its version 4.2.2.. I looked for a new version 4.2.3 in the website.It's just released ,so i downloaded a GUI installer for 4.2.3 version... Then, configure and install, but there are some problems always coming out... I dont how to fix them, so asking sb to help me out.. the error logs are listed below ..... Pls help me !! I'd appreciate it.

It seems that you cannot do "make".
Have you installed the package "make", "build-essentional",etc?
There some posts about not being able to "make".
Search the forum.
