ati 8.6终于支持YUY2，可以用tvtime了

安装了新的ati-driver-installer-8-6-x86.x86_64，终于可以用TVtime了。 性能上没多大变化。

新驱动开启3D看视频一样闪。

开3D视频闪的原因是更新了驱动后和原来源里面的驱动的视频输出方式不一样
如果改成和驱动相应的输出方式就OK了
我原来开视频也是闪的厉害
后来换了个输出方式就OK
