[问题]关于Ubuntu分辨率的问题。。。。

刚装好Ubuntu8.04，通过硬件驱动里受限驱动打勾，更新了显卡（NVIDIA 7300GT）的驱动，在刚装好没装显卡驱动的时候分辨率可达到1280*1024，但不知怎么的，打了显卡驱动反而只能设成1024*768了，我的显示器是三星 SyncMasaer 788DF,哪位有帮帮我啊？。。。。
还有以下两个问题：
1.系统->首选项->Advanced Desktop Effects Settings－＞General Compiz options－＞Desktop Size－＞Number of Desktops这个选项我只能设置为1，设置不了4个或是别的个数。
2.系统->首选项->Emerald Themer 0.7.2下，我已经安装了Mac主题，在>Emerald Themer 0.7.2下也已经有显示Mac主题，但为什么不能设成系统主题呢？

呵呵。。。。。分辨率问题已经搞定了，其余两个问题还没有搞定。。。。
