屏幕闪得厉害啊

经过两个星期的折腾，重装了不下二十次系统（幸好是用wubi装的），参考了上十个方案，终于装上了A卡的驱动，但是又有了一个新的问题，就是刷新率改不了，xorg.conf也改了，但问题依然存在，现在的刷新率只有六十，显示器不能识别，那效果，这是刚刚滴，请大家给个解决方法，贴上我conf的内容
