0. 正常使用下 不會感覺到 什麼損害

其实SSD 没有传说中那么不经折腾
这个基本上一直没关机,一直做工作电脑win7的系统盘,然后网页缓存 内存缓存也都在SSD上
看看这才写了多点。。。。。。

放心用吧
就是网上那些优化甚至都可以不考虑
