引导程序出问题了

我第一次装ubuntu时由于分配空间不足，所以重装了系统，但当时不知道，将引导给覆盖了，现在 开机是引导程序有七条（只有两个能用的，一个ubuntu，一个xp），现在用起来极不方便，哪位高手指点一下，怎么将这些不要的引导给删了。小弟在这先谢 了

C盘下隐藏文件的boot.ini里可能会有多余的启动项 删除下面几行 有关ubuntu的就可以
前提是要记得备份 以及wubi安装的

看情况 你的应该是下列的：
不过就两个能启动？ 这个有点费解
你双系统 应该有5条
还有就是ubuntu的启动引导文件里的启动项目
这个要执行
sudo update-grub
再用ubuntu-tweak里的清理内核 就能删除一些


ubuntu应该有两个能用 一个普通 一个是(recovery mode)
还应该有
memtest86+

title 后面的Ubuntu 9.04, kernel 2.6.28-11-generic，就是你在启动时，看到的项目名称
按名称找到你不想要的，整段删掉就可以了

从新立得把 linux-image-2.6.28-11的内核删除，再sudo update-grub
