mailman搭建邮件列表的问题

在局域网内用apache2+bind9+postfix+mailman搭建了一个maillist，想做个类似的邮件列表，但遇到了一些问题，想请教各位：
1.列表名叫Mailman,在列表的页面的开始有一句
To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the Mailman Archives.
然后我点击了Mailman Archives
进入了The Mailman Archives页，显示：
No messages have been posted to this list yet, so the archives are currently empty.
You can get more information about this list.
而实际上测试的时候我往里面发了不少邮件，应该有列出来阿。我是按天存档的，今天刚搭好，是不是得明天才显示出第一个Archives阿
2.建邮件列表的目的其实是想把所有的邮件像BBS一样列出来，而不希望是一段时间归档列出来，这样还得点开一个一个存 档看记录 不知道mailman能不能实现这种功能？
