Ubuntu12.04nginx不能启动，出现nginx: [emerg] bind() to [::]:80 fail

占用80端口的进程也关掉了，
该kill的进程都kill了，还是这样，IPV6也禁止了啊，没用，哪位帮下忙啊

sudo service apache2 stop...........

说明端口被占用了。。$ netstat -tnlp 找到端口的进程然后KILL掉
