[问题]openssh-server无法连接

系统是ubuntu-server Dapper 6.06.1,双网卡,一块eth0接pppoe,另一块eth1接局域网.
安装了openssh-server服务.在本机上可以用ssh localhost连接.但在其他连接internet的机器上包括本机,使用ssh "pppoe连接后生成的外部IP地址",出现Connection refused错误.
请问如何解决?
