我在虚拟机VM打开了的情况下，要安装VMTOOLS，提示插入光盘Ubuntu7.10_Gusty Gibbon_-Release i386,（我的ubuntu没有连网！）怎么办啊，有人在别人的帖子上回答了，说：


挂载光盘镜像到光驱就ok了。
mount –o loop 镜像文件路径 /media/cdrom


只是我看不懂啊，光盘不是才插入吗，镜像文件路径代表什么意思啊，我今天才装的UBUNTU，什么都不懂，请帮忙，谢谢
