求教一个Ubuntu下vbox安装问题！

原来的vbox版本是2.04，没有桥接功能，在网络里选择host interface后不能启动系统。后来下载了最新2.1.4-amd64，先卸载原来的vbox，安装后提示错误！

安装dkms后用了命令还是不行，求教高手应该怎么办？
