how to deal with this

The VirtualBox kernel driver is not accessible to the current user. Make sure that the user has write permissions for /dev/vboxdrv by adding them to the vboxusers groups. You will need to logout for the change to take effect..

用命令
sudo chmod 777 /dev/vboxdrv
之后就可以了

能否提供一个安装後给guest os 安装驱动的iso文件
我不能上国外网，教育网，无法下载那个东西

不用更改权限
［系统］－［系统管理］－［用户和组］将你的用户加到vboxusers组中
或者
sudo vi /etc/group
vboxusers1001:你的用户名
将你的用户加到vboxusers组里就可以了。
