在VIM下如何设置“ctrl+,”和“ctrl+.”键盘映射

在网上找的一个添加删除注释的程序，能够正常使用（见附录）！
原在UE中设置为ctrl+,为添加注释，ctrl+.为去掉注释！
但将这个程序修改似乎对,和.无法映射？有无解决办法！习惯这样操作了！多谢！
