[问题]MyEclipse的运行时冒出不能权限问题

1：ECLIPSE和MYECLIPSE安装在了/TESE/XXX下面，没有放在home下面，安装好以后，我给这些文件的权限是（sudo chmod ugo+rw /test/eclipse/*(只是这样修改了权限，MYECL的也是)）
但是当他们运行的时候还说无法读写。我用ROOT的话找不到JAVA环境，所以只能用用户启动，请问怎么解决？
显示的是这个：

怎么可以让整个文件夹（包括它的子文件夹里面的）所有文件都没有读写限制阿？
2：TOMCAT运行怎么看不到后台呢？WIN输入

代码： 全选

catalina start

就会弹出后台
但是U下面就没有，只是简单的列出了PATH，请问怎么才能看到后台呢？
