firefox在Ubuntu下调用问题

我使用system("firefox");来调用firefox.
在root用户下执行一切正常。
但是普通权限用户执行时提示：
/usr/lib/firefox/firefox-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libmozjs.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
但普通权限帐户可以直接在shell中调用firefox,请问是什么原因
