在 firefox 的 url 栏中输入:about:config 进入配置页面,然后搜索以下的关键项,如果搜
索不到这些 关键项就自己新建,bool 的就建布尔,整数的就建整数,字符串的就建字符串

注意:最后一条 browser.cache.disk.parent_directory /tmp 是必须将/tmp 目录通过

优化方法。
修改后重启 firefox 即可
