刷新新立得软件包管理器，，无法全部的下载软件库的索引。

在运行软件包管理器时，点刷新，更新一部分之后，显示“无法全部的下载软件库的索引”，“有一些索引文件不能被下载，他们有可能被忽略了，也可能转而使用了旧的索引文件。”


各位高手，麻烦尽快帮我解决，本人刚开始接触ubuntu,麻烦给予详细的解答。越详细越好，谢谢了。

好多软件不能装了，例如wine，今天早上试了一下，安装失败。
是不是需要更新源啊？
我使用的是教育网，外网上不去。
我用新立得安装wine的时候，点击详细信息，显示“正在连接voxel.dl.sourceforge.net[202.122.62...]80... 失败，连接超时”

我用新立得软件包管理器->设置->软件库，修改这里面的“下载自：”是不是跟您所说的修改sources.list是一样的作用？
