附，我的磁盘格式是FAT32，我的D盘有空闲37G的空间，root.disk 文件也已经创建成功了（977K），不明白这里提示我没有足够的空间是什么意思?

我也碰到了，是FAT32分区单个文件大小限制问题，977K的root.disk是一个不完整的文件，如果在安装时容量选3G（或4G）就没关系，但是在重启机器进入自动安装过程后，格式化交换空间时又死掉了。个人觉得wubi 9.04还不够完善，毕竟是测试版，可能还要等等。

fat分区不支持大于4g的文件，而ubuntu的默认安装空间是大于4g的，所以……还是转换成ntfs分区吧

15 号 官网下的，遇到LZ一样问题，把盘格成NTFS后 安装还是不行，进不了安装界面。

我是在vista下安装的，第一次也是把硬盘格式化成fat32了，挂虚拟光驱，安装到创建虚拟磁盘的时候不动了，后来把fat32格式化成ntfs在挂虚拟光驱，接着安装就一路畅通拉
