USB口的传输忽然慢了下来

我的系统是16.04.2，以前接这个移动硬盘的传输速率大约在30M/秒的样子，现在忽然变成了<=1M/秒的样子，但是这块移动硬盘接到另一台win10的机器上传输速率不减，如此可排除盘的问题。
现在请问各位大侠解决的思路是什么？谢谢。

先从大处着手测试一下
如果您还没有移除老内核 (4.4)，重新启动计算机，在 GRUB 界面选择 4.4 内核启动试试。
有条件可制作一个其它版本 Ubuntu (如 17.04) 的 LiveCD/LiveUSB 启动测试。看看是不是硬件/BIOS 问题。

如果车坏了，直接先换一辆车。如果换车都解决不了，说明这是世界上所有汽车的通病。如果换车能解决，说明是原来那辆车的个例，可以继续缩小范围修原来的车。
