[问题]安装pingying－python时提示有错误

下载了tar，解压，按照教程输入./configure --prefix=/usr，结果提示checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c

configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables


然后就不能继续执行下一步操作了。请教解决方法
