老显示器的刷新率太低！！1

如题，我有一台2004年买的老显示器，CRT，装10.04，分辨率可以设为1024*768，但是刷新率最高只能设为60Hz，用久了眼睛好痛。我该怎么解决这个问题啊？
希望高手能告诉我怎么办，还有阿，解决办法不要用到命令行，我不喜欢命令行，哈哈

安装显卡驱动后，显示器会被自动识别的。可能你的显卡没有驱动。

如我的行频是30-75 场频是45-150
就改成
