为什么我的ubuntu7.04不能休眠啊？

每次休眠都是在一个黑屏的画面下，见光标在闪就没有反应了。 只有强行关机（本本没有reset）。
我修改了/boot/grub/menu.lst 加了 noapic.
加noapic是因为启动的时候有IO-APIC+timer doesn't work! Boot with apic=debug and send a report. Then try booting with the 'noapic' option.
请知道的帮忙看看啊
配置：
asus a6tc：
AMD 64＊2
GEFORCE GO7300
