[问题]从硬盘能启动XUbuntu，但无法安装到硬盘上。原因：Device is busy，且sudo umount无效

求助！！！
我用grub for dos可以将XUbuntu从本地硬盘启动没有问题，但一直无法将系统安装至硬盘上。
在对磁盘进行分区时总是提示：
Device is busy.Device or resource busy.Unable to read the contents of this file system.Because of this some operation may be unavailable.（设备忙，无法读取设备上文件系统内容，因而某些操作无法进行）
Did you install the correct plugin for this filesystem?（我正确安装读取文件系统的插件了吗？）
情况：
我c、d盘文件格式均为fat32，怎么会无法读取？还需要安装插件？有点匪夷所思了。
到终端下执行命令：sudo umount －af
提示诸如/dev/** is busy
/tmp is busy
等四个busy，无法umount，因此我无法进行磁盘分区（At least one operation was applied to a busy device,至少有一个操作应用到正忙碌的设备上）。
这是什么问题？？？ps －aux 没有看到有什么相关进程（可能我不认识）
第二个是时间问题。面板上的时间是正确的，但是在安装的时候，时间总是不能正确的显示。

另外有2个问题：
1、我在单位的IBM A21m上也是硬盘运行livecd，但是由于系统无法检测到双飞燕的ps/2鼠标呵ibm的鼠标杆，我无法进行操作，这一点跟XP差距还是挺大的。我试了下，只能ALT＋F1叫出Firefox的Xf'ce4的帮助文档，然后利用Firefox进行文件浏览呵操作，用ALT＋F2执行命令，可以选择终端执行，但不能唤出终端，一闪而过。试了好几次，最后只能ALT＋F2输入sudo reboot....
我想要是XP，我完全可以不用鼠标进行操作的（不用WinKey）
这个，除了定制的系统外，标准linxu系统是不是应当有标准的快捷键？就像ALT＋F4地球人都只到是关闭一样？当然这个要统一是难上加难...
2、系统在单位IBM A21m安装时能自己检测到计算机名为“用户名”－laptop，但我的本本他就是“用户名”－desktop，两个本本用的都是PCMCIA网卡，均无法自动检测到...
3、单位的系统上好像还出现了一个模块无法加载的问题，不知道具体原因为何，只是提示无法找到/lib/ 的**模块。
我用grub for dos可以将XUbuntu从本地硬盘启动没有问题，但一直无法将系统安装至硬盘上。
在对磁盘进行分区时总是提示：

情况：
我c、d盘文件格式均为fat32，怎么会无法读取？还需要安装插件？有点匪夷所思了。
到终端下执行命令：sudo umount －af
提示诸如/dev/** is busy
/tmp is busy
等四个busy，无法umount，因此我无法进行磁盘分区（At least one operation was applied to a busy device,至少有一个操作应用到正忙碌的设备上）。
这是什么问题？？？ps －aux 没有看到有什么相关进程（可能我不认识）
第二个是时间问题。面板上的时间是正确的，但是在安装的时候，时间总是不能正确的显示。

另外有2个问题：
1、我在单位的IBM A21m上也是硬盘运行livecd，但是由于系统无法检测到双飞燕的ps/2鼠标呵ibm的鼠标杆，我无法进行操作，这一点跟XP差距还是挺大的。我试了下，只能ALT＋F1叫出Firefox的Xf'ce4的帮助文档，然后利用Firefox进行文件浏览呵操作，用ALT＋F2执行命令，可以选择终端执行，但不能唤出终端，一闪而过。试了好几次，最后只能ALT＋F2输入sudo reboot....
我想要是XP，我完全可以不用鼠标进行操作的（不用WinKey）
这个，除了定制的系统外，标准linxu系统是不是应当有标准的快捷键？就像ALT＋F4地球人都只到是关闭一样？当然这个要统一是难上加难...
