Why there's no Chinese support in 7.10? [Settled]

安装时候没有网络吧？

编辑/etc/apt/source.list

有许多提示说因为没有网络所以注释掉了，把这些注释掉的打开，然后

sudo apt-get install update

你安装个中文输入法么
sudo apt-get install fcitx
或者
sudo apt-get install scim-pinyin

他安装的时候没有连接网络，所以源都被注释掉了，所以才会语言支持里只有英文，APT是没用的。

我安装的时候就是这样，弄半天才搞明白。

i got it, i chose the Server for Hong Kong as the default source server, but the updates for new version of Ubuntu is not available from the Hong Kong server, when i switch it to main server, it is now available for downloading.
