dell insiron e1505 (6400), duo core, intel video card
installed ubuntu 7.10, dual os with windows xp
no problem out-of-box
system hint me to use firmware to enable wireless
I enabled it, then found the system can not shutdown, unless hardpower off
remove the restricted hardware xxxx, fixed. (no wireless are in use thus)
another problem: update software, stopped when configure cupsd (common UNIX printer xxx)
any similar situation or suggestion?
