gam_server memory leak breezy 5.10

Wow what a pain this one is. Please visit the following forum post to upgrade to the the gamin releases in Dapper.

Packages needed :

This should fix gam_server hogging up all your memory and bring your box down to an usable state.

下载上面说的几个包
然后
sudo dpkg -i python2.4-gamin_0.1.7-2ubuntu1_i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i libgamin0_0.1.7-2ubuntu1_i386.deb gamin_0.1.7-2ubuntu1_i386.deb

然后就搞定了

如果是正式的bug解决方案，我想upgrade会帮我搞好的。

是从dapper里面拎出来的包而已。
如果暂时不用dapper，比如我这样的，这也不失为一种解决方案。
周末完了回到公司，gam_server又占1200m内存了，只能杀了这个文件修改通知进程，受不了啊，好多次了
