ubuntu 5.10 如何开机自动上网！

我用的是ubuntu5.10,每次开机之后都要将首选项中联网的默认网关设备设置成eth0才可以上网，
怎样设置才可以每次开机之后，不用设置就可以直接上网呢？我是在学校的局域网内！
其中/etc/network/interface
内容如下：

我的也是学校局域网的，我安装完就可以上网。
你在安装的时候有没有自动配置网络？
