Tip for a Diet!
After a huge dinner, you really should be full. The way this diet works is that your body has time to digest & runs on what you've eaten in the day - rather than you continually giving it new fuel. It's best to go to bed at a reasonable hour - otherwise you'll probably start getting hungry late evening (12 am)
