64位win7下VM安装 ubuntu-9.10-desktop-amd64.iso失败

这个是之前主机系统为32位vista：

在官网上下载了ubuntu-9.10-desktop-amd64.iso，处理器是AMD Athlon（tm)64*2 Dual Core Processor 4600+ 2.40GHz，用VMware安装的时候出现下面的问题无法进一步安装，请问是怎么回事？

由于个别原因出现问题我把他给删了，因为主机换了64位win7的，所以我就尝试安装ubuntu-9.10-desktop-amd64.iso，不过依旧提示
