一个新手问题：在用普通用户起用ROOT用户下的X应用程序时出现错误

我以前是用FC的，习惯用普通用户su到root，用root的程序，
前几天刚装好ubuntu发现在用root用户下的x应用程序时，发生错误。
详细如下：
hihi@ubuntu:~$ su
Password:
root@ubuntu:/home/hihi# nautilus
(nautilus:11854): GnomeUI-WARNING **: While connecting to session manager:
Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed.
(nautilus:11854): libgnomevfs-WARNING **: Failed to open session DBUS connection: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.
Volume monitoring will not work.
本来以为是dbus服务没开，可是
root@ubuntu:/home/hihi# /etc/init.d/dbus start
* system message bus already started; not starting.
* Starting system message bus dbus
希望大家能帮一下忙
